It Works is a commercial web site that is intended to help our independent distributors market and sell our products. This privacy statement explains what personal information is collected, how the information is used, and with whom we may share such information. It Works Marketing does not collect any Personally Identifying Information such as name, address or e-mail address on this web site without your knowledge and consent. Cookies

When you request pages from It Works Marketing our servers log your IP Address. Our server may also record the referring page that linked you to us, e.g., a search engine. How is the information used?

We will use the Personal Information you provide to our Web sites to fulfill a specific purpose. For example, if you purchased our product(s), we will create an account for you which needs information like your name, email address etc. In addition, we may send you e-mail notices about products, services, companies and events that we think might interest you. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings from us by following the instructions in the e-mail you receive from us.
We also store your name, email address, web site URL etc in our database. Those are for our records.
Does It Works Marketing share Personal Information and Site Usage information with others?
Simply the answer is No. Whatever emails you receive from us are mostly related to product enhancements, product additions for our web site, few promotional emails or fixes etc. These will be posted in members site also.

What About Other Web Sites Linked to Our Web Site?

We do not reveal distributor or customer information about you or your accounts, to any person or party not affiliated with It Works.  In the future, if we ever feel that it is necessary or beneficial to share personal information with unassociated parties, in order to provide a product or service to you, you will be notified and given the opportunity to "opt-out". If you elect to opt-out, no information about you will be provided to unassociated third parties.

Sharing Information with Service Providers

In order for It Works to provide the quality of service that we strive to provide, it is necessary for It Works to contract with vendors or suppliers to support our products, services or process documents. We are very selective in choosing these vendors and suppliers.
